I dont know what I would do without it. I live in Belize and my family is all in the US (most of the time.) My daughter is in college in WA and Messenger allows us to stay in touch in real time. I can talk to my family and friends as needed. They can reach me consistently. A lot lifeline. In Central America we use it constantly ?.

I hate Messenger and hate that I can no longer get messages from the Facebook app. So Ive been forced (thank you, Facebook! ?) to download Messenger but now they completely changed to app to include completely useless things (who the heck needs games on a message app??), is difficult to navigate, is messy and just all around horrible. I hope another company can step up and do things much better - at this point, with this app being as bad as it is, should not be difficult at all.

It is very hard to reach anyone no matter when you call you have to leave a message that nobody response to been try to reach them for almost a month my account was charged in error the one time I reached someone They said they would refund my payment that was taken on July 5 it is now august and no reply or answer.

I enjoy the app. Just wish I can give each friend their own tune/notification when they message me. It would make it easier and not generic like the one sound

I can text my friends and my Family members even if they are in another country

Since the latest update I cant open message requests and I use messenger for my business as well as personal.. PLEASE FIX!

With each update it seems to get worser. It freezes, the constant push to upload phone contacts.

Everything about it is great. Except my profile picture wont update on Messenger and its driving me crazy. Its not showing anything. Ive tried everything.

I only redownload it then delete it soon after to get rid of the red bubble in the actual Facebook app. Like why you gotta do that to me. Just make messages avaialable in the regular app. Or ya know, DONT SEND ME A MESSAGE EVERY TIME I ADD A FRIEND thx

Every time I video chat my screen flashes black and I have to tap my screen to make it stop.

Updates never make it work better, pointless notifications for every new friend you get, message request notifications for messages that arent there, they allow strangers to send you insulting messages and block you before you can respond or view their profile to report them for harassment. Stop trying to change it every week n just make it work properly!!!!

Every time I log onto Facebook on my phone, and try to view my messages, I have to download the messenger app again. Just the simple fact that I now have to download a separate messaging app for Facebook, marks the day I stop using facebook

Really ???? Fb app is not that good anymore and so this messenger ...what waste of time!!!

It is much more easier to communicate and exchange pictures with Messenger than is it with text or email

It is nice to have messenger. This way I do not need to compromise my Facebook. Keep my privet life privet and yet make new friends.

I dont like that you have to have several different apps to use fb properly on your phone. It takes up too much space. The messenger app itself is alright, though. I dont love it but it works fine.
