Ever since the recent update I cant play videos sent in messenger, even videos I send. On top of that, videos or photos shared to me dont stop loading. I thought reinstalling would help but it hasnt and Ive reinstalled twice already.

What is this idiot Games tab doing in the primary interface? I am deleting this app.

The app is nice in total, but it needs minor interface changes, gets quite boring sometimes. Also, the text sound is really annoying. Maybe you guys can give us some alert tones to choose from? Would be nice.

This latest update is terrible. It does not allow me too click on links that people have sent.

My sprint carrier charged me over $600 on international calls that I made through Facebook messenger. Ive contacted them multiple times and they told me to contact Facebook to fix this problem. This is absolutely ridiculous! Very unhappy.

It would be GREAT if we can delete MORE THAN ONE MESSAGE AT A TIME!!!!!!

Over Two and a half months ago you made an update to messanger which is very inconvenient. Now, one cannot keep there conversation areas clean, up to date, uncluttered. You cannot erase or delete any of the conversations or messages that you dont want, or are outdated and not appropriate. Not being able to do what you want is not user-friendly. It no longer is fun or functional, nor is it a joy to use. Its a big mess!!! PLEASE, PLease PLEAse fix this ASAP-

Makes you download or update the app every few weeks it feels.

Huge waste of space on phone, unnecessary, absolutely unacceptable that we are FORCED to download it and cant just receive messages through the already downloaded Facebook app. Having to have two apps for the same social media platform is pointless.

Fyi I wont be updating this app unless you start telling us what are you changing i.e. updating. :) thank you very much

I dont see why I have to download this app for when I should be able to use the email on Facebook. Why do I have to download this app in order to just to check my Facebook messages that have.

How can I translate an incoming message to my language (English)?

Downloading a separate app is completely unnecessary and stupid.

Been faithfully using FB messenger for years now. Something cool they recently added was this game called Everwing. Pretty fun. My friends & I have been playing for a week. In order to unlock exclusive rewards you need to accomplish daily goals. For the 4th time in row Ive accomplished the daily challenges but every time I go to get my in game reward the app freezes. After I reboot the app it resets all the progress I made so I basically wasted hours of playing. Its incredibly frustrating. I havent gotten my rewards for 4 days now. Can anyone who runs the FB messenger app help?

The app was great when it had the reminders tab. I was able to keep track of all my appointments and I was able to know who to contact. I hate switching between apps just to get to my cleanser and set up reminders. Why was the reminder feature removed? We should have a tab section that allows for reminders, your day, online people, etc. Because right now Ive lost so many clientele for my business because I have to go through so many messages to find all my reminders.

Some videos people send me will load and some others wont? Whats up with that???

The app and everything FB reminds me of AOL and how annoying it was in trying to run my life. Not to mention sucking battery power.

Always crashes when sending pics and vids. And when updating my day
