Updated and havent been able to use since then... I cant delete it, cant use it, and its just grey...

I use this app all the time but a couple months ago there was an update and since then I can only use the app if Im connected to Wi-Fi. Well once I leave my house thats it I can no longer use the Messenger app. Unless I go somewhere that specifically has a Wi-Fi connection I can connect to the app is obsolete. Super lame! Im not sure if it matters but Im on an iPhone 7.

I dont understand how the quick reply on my lock screen just stopped working . It honestly is upsetting me because I dont know how to turn it back on, if you even can. It made it easier because I didnt have to unlock my phone to reply on messenger but now I cant .

After trying to view a video the audio of the other person cuts down and then I have to go BACK into messenger to turn the speaker back up

Since the update yesterday, my app will not allow me to even TYPE a message. It automatically freezes mid sentence and refuses to send. Please fix this?

??? Wouldnt it be more convenient to just have the messaging system built into the app like any other social media app

Too many complaints on here so Ill just tell you the good stuff. Ill save you their gory details and just focus on the good cuz I havnt had an issue AT ALL. It manages to keep me in contact with the people I love. I havent had a single problem. Its amazing and so much easier than email.

My friends and I would really like if flames accompanied the ? emoji, like how hearts float up with the ❤️ emoji and how snowflakes fall with assorted winter emojis, as well as stickers.

I feel like messenger should make it so where iPhones can have chat bubbles. Its a lot more easier with chat bubbles and iPhones should have that feature too, not just androids.

I dont need to discover new stores, all these fancy upgrades do is slow it down. Id like to un-update kthx

How can we keep random out of the country with Arabic languages or etc out??? Im not interested, thank you but no thank you...

I dont know whats wrong but the app kicked me out and as I want to login again its saying that Im trying too often. Also when I want to film videos it stops and nothing us recorded. Fix the bugs its annoying. ?

Lousy app. Have to delete and download every time I have messages and then it still doesnt work. Why go this way from the way it was? This is worse?. I cant even give it one star but have to. It doesnt deserve a star

I loved the feature of calling my wife as we share a Facebook account. I can no longer do that with the new upgrade.

The new update shows a Create a Group button when you are messaging someone. It takes up too much space on the top bar where the nickname is shown. Please remove the Create a Group button from the top. ?

Changed my language into English and hasnt shown me a way to change it back

Do I really need a message when someone becomes a Facebook friend? No. This is not a conversation and shouldnt show up as a new Message. The software is also bloated, with too many features and takes up a lot of storage space on your phone.
