Please please get rid of all the clutter!! Its awful!!

Now, I have to scroll up several times to see the incoming msg! Last 2 updates did not fix. Updates are making more problems than fixes. If it aint broke, dont fix it. This app is not rocket science. It is more of an inconvenience!

No controls to shut off conversations and no way to shut off video of the day. Now program freezing

I have the facebook and messenger app both installed but it still comes out that im on facebook only, so i dont come out on the "active" ... its really annoying PLEASE FIX

Since most recent update doesnt show accurate activity. Currently showing as active may or may not be active. Will show friends as inactive, for example 13 hrs, but when I power phone off and back on will show same person as active "53 minutes ago". Whats going on?! Please fix or go back

How bout fixing it to where my messages will load. Thanks

I think its annoying how messenger says someone is active based on if theyre just on Facebook in general. It should just be when someone was last active on the messenger app only. Also, the last active doesnt update correctly. I have to restart the app for the last active to be correctly updated and its annoying. I need to see when my mans was really last active

Recently, I ran the Messenger update. As of today, the online status of my contacts is inaccurate, and messages take forever to get through. Ive deleted and reinstalled the app, only to encounter the same issues. Hopefully, there is a fix in the works, since it seems like Im not the only one encountering the problem.

Ive deleted this app 2 times now. I truly dislike the idea of having to leave FB to send a message and I can never tell which messages have been read and which ones havent. The only reason I downloaded a second time is because I need to tell everyone who is messaging me NOT to. Bring back message INSIDE Facebook!

So I updated my app & now my requests wont load ??‍♀️

When I go to the conversation or go to the chats, on some of them the active time doesnt show. Please fix this! It was working GREAT before this update.

What is the point of this messenger when the other person doesnt get the notification or the message until a couple months later? Why do we have to be friends with them to send a message? I bet USPS ground ship is faster than the Facebook messenger. Please, change the notification status!! I sent my long lost Aunt a friends request but she doesnt want to add me because she doesnt know who I am!!! So what do I do?? I sent her a message saying who I am but she is not getting the notification sign because we r not friends!!!!!!!

All of a sudden my app displays a red banner at the top of the page that says "couldnt load conversations" this started yesterday. I deleted and reinstalled the app twice, no luck.

App always takes about ten seconds to open whenever I click on it. Its a blank screen for like five seconds and then another five second of a loading screen. Its really annoying for someone who uses this app all day long.

Always has to reconnect so I have to download it again every time I want to send a message.

Ever since the last update slow to refresh I need to refresh phone operating system to get current status. Please fix

Deleting messages is not as easy as deleting an email. Can we have an easy touch to delete a message in one step instead of having wait to delete again? This is time consuming...

Everytime I try to log in it keeps saying "Internet not available unable to connect" idk how to view my messages and Ive deleted it and re installed it but doesnt work please fix it
