Why??

2 things:
1. Notification alerts are almost always on the app and they wont go away.
2. Why does this app exist. The Facebook app alone is slow and annoying to open and this app is the same, and for mediocre service. I understand that if this were part of FB then it would make FB even slower to start up (if thats possible), but still. It would be nice if this app tried to be less of a stand alone and more of an adjunctive that didnt have so many complicated bells and whistles. I would settle for something low-tech that worked quickly and didnt show false notifications.
