Im facing a great problem. When someone is typing me message, the "Typing Bubble" not working! Then I transferred my account to another device! Here also same happens! Whats wrong with my account. The "Typing Bubble" only works when I can logout from messenger from the facebook connected devices. After a single logout from messenger it and login it works again. But when I leave the app and again in then it doesnt work! What kind of problem is this!

messenger icons dont update when someone changes their profile. i know in my friends android it does- so it makes a little sad when i use this app to not see new dps. otherwise, i enjoy using messenger despite the bug issues!

Recently this has been happening a LOT. Which is a huge problem when trying to buy items or run my business which people message me through fb to order from me! This is very frustrating!!!

App wont open on my iPhone 6s Plus.

Since the recent upgrade my messenger is not working right its not updating active users to chat with!! Can this be fixed please???

After update to this version, the app will not automatic refresh the active people list. I have to quit and reoload the app everytime to sẻ who is active in the list. Please fix this asap, thank you dev

Stop updating&using lots of storage Facebook uses ~400mbs of storage space. Way too much.

Should be able to reach messenger within the Facebook app without downloading.

While I am video chatting sometimes the unpleasant sound comes from my phone

First I do not get why Facebook is segregating this app. But secondly its a horrible design, not intuitive, and makes me want to throw up every time I look at it. The only reason why is because I was strong armed to install this app as I could not read my messages from my friends. Facebook youre really becoming a really crappy company.

On my iOS devices, iPad Pro and iPhone 6 Plus, Im no longer able to swipe left to delete a conversation! Is that a bug or did you intentionally remove this capability? Even after blocking someone you dont know who is sending mean messages, their conversation still shows up & you cant delete it! Swiping now results in simply switching between Home, People and the other pages inside Messenger. FIX THIS!!!

1) It shows people as active that are not, or people that are clearly active (because I an talking to them) dont show up active at all. 2) A bit more lag time between sending and receiving messages than before 3) Sometimes I dont get a notification that I have a message These things have all been occurring since the last update. I like the app, but am not happy with this "update"

Yes I love the mobile Facebook messenger. But wondering if you will be going back to a blue notification when a message comes in instead of black? Like the blue better . And also wondering if theres a way to get into other type of messages on the mobile site Mike archived conversations? Or if theres going to be something in the future to make it easier to get into the archived conversations. On the mobile app. And wondering if that camera feature is going to go as an option?? And lately when I have gone to open up messages to send to people conversations that I have talk to people before it shows me that there is no messages there and it is totally blank and it doesnt matter and who it is but when I go to send the message the whole message pops up like it wasnt even gone. But I would like to report, but Ive had to uninstall the Messenger app and reinstall it multiple times, because when I go to send somebody a message or get into messages my screen goes completely black and shuts down the Facebook messenger app.

Why doesnt this automatically come with Facebook? Instead of downloading every time

Ever since the last update, pictures now wont send on the app.

Why can you login with a different account yet not log out of it ??? Makes no sense I constantly have to delete it and reload it again bc I think that I should be able to log out of all apps as easy as I can log in especially when u guys want access to things that have nothing to do with the app IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE APP AT ALL THEN WHY DO YOU ATTEMPT TO GET INTO IT??? UNMM ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS INVASION OF PRIVACY ???

Latest update needs to be fixed. Active list doesnt stay updated and accurate. And I am not receiving notifications when I receive a message.

The fact that I HAVE to download this app to even view any of my messages on my phone is a classic example of why Facebook is the death of our society. I have a great idea how about Donald Trump and Facebook Inc get together and come up with the most "efficient" ways to help people. Shout out to you Facebook for continuously making me loathe you.

Sorry Facebook, but this app and the Facebook app are becoming bloat ware on my phone. There also a bug. The Active timer fails to update correctly. It sometimes is stuck in active or lags behind 5-10mins
